The Fine Prints
BOOKING PROCESS: Once you decided to book with us, there will be a non refundable booking fee to be paid at the day of the booking to secure your spot and block the date of your photoshoot.
RESCHEDULING: There will be no re-scheduling fee when you informed us at least 48 hours before the shoot.
TRAVEL FEE: We charge travel/mileage fee of $2/mile for anywhere outside 30miles of Turlock, CA. Out of state and out of country destination events will have a different arrangement. Contact us for more info.
DIGITAL COPY: We offer a digital copy stored in a USB flash drive delivered to your house for an additional fee of $20. Sessions more than 3 hours are not included on this offer.
ONLINE GALLERY: Online galleries will be kept for 90 days.
PAYMENT MODE: We accept payment via Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal. Whichever is more convenient to you
ALL SESSIONS INCLUDES UNLIMITED CONSULTATIONS AND PLANNING. YOU'LL ALSO RECEIVE THE PRINT RELEASE IMAGES.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
YES! Destination wedding is one of our favorite gig! Send us an email for consultation. We'd love to hear from you.
When will we get our photos
We will send you a link for an online gallery that you can share with your family and friends 3-5 weeks after the shoot. You will also receive 10 insta-worthy images within 72 hours after the shoot if it is included in the package that you chose.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
It is not always guaranteed to grant a request due to logistic and travel plans but if the circumstances permit, additional fees at higher rate will be applied
What kind of gear do you use?
We shoot using mirrorless camera with varieties of prime and zoom lens for different occassions.
Do you offer prints and albums
Yes! We have variety of prints and album formats and style you can choose from as an add on to your session.
Cancellation
There will be a non refundable booking fee to block the time and date of your session. However, we will try our best to accommodate re-scheduling as long as the date is available if you are able to inform us of the cancellation 48 hour before the schedule shoot.
Travel Fees
Travel fee will be collected for destination outside 30miles from Turlock, California.
We do require a minimum of 3 hours booking if we need to travel a total 4 hours to and from the location.
